Uncommon artifacts from historic Chinese language emperor make beautiful debut in Greece



An ongoing exhibition on Chinese language Emperor Qianlong (1711-1799) has debuted with exceptional artifacts representing Chinese language imperial tradition at Acropolis Museum in Greek capital Athens. The exhibition “From the Forbidden Metropolis: The Imperial Residences of Qianlong” shows 154 artifacts on mortgage from Beijing’s Palace Museum. They offer a uncommon glimpse contained in the lifetime of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), one of the famend emperors in Chinese language historical past.
